I like how he qualifies Otello, and how they tack it on last in the track order, so that people have their expectations simultaneously raised and just a bit dampened.
ReplyDeleteYes. Managing the customers' expectations is a valuable business skill! Frankly, I'd rather he stay away from stuff like Otello, anyway, but I guess that's really not up to me. :-)
