Where in the World are Malin and Luca? In Cleveland. Where Else?

Tristan, getting packed...literally.

Thank goodness Lenny and Tristan keep us up to date on their travels via their Facebook page, because usually they have their Dad along. In case you haven’t been paying attention, their Dad is Luca Pisaroni. They all were in Vienna for Simon Boccanegra last week; and this week, they’ll be in Cleveland.

Franz Welser-Möst will be leading the Cleveland Orchestra and Chorus in Haydn’s oratorio The Seasons. Luca will be joined by one of our favorite sopranos Malin Hartelius and German tenor Maximilian Schmitt, who recently sang the tenor arias in the St. Matthew Passion in Munich. Apparently Maestro Welser-Möst enjoys working with Malin and Luca.

Anyway, the reason I bring it up is that the concert will be broadcast live by WCLV Classical FM this coming Saturday night (04/27/2013) at 8:00. And if you miss that, it’ll be on again on Sunday, June 9.  Here is a complete schedule of WCLV’s Cleveland Orchestra broadcasts.
